In 1992 I completed an Advanced Certificate in Hospitality Studies and a Tourism course.

I started in travel in 1992 with Utag Melton Travel Centre, working there until 2000. Originally from Ballarat, I moved back there in 2000, taking on a senior consultant’s role with Frank Ford Travel. Being passionate about providing great service to my clients, I bought a share of the business in 2003.

I have traveled to most places in Australia. I’ve also been to Fiji, New Zealand, Singapore, Bali, the United States and cruised the Caribbean (I just love cruising!). I haven’t traveled in the past few years as I have had two young kids. Actually, I’m a Travel Agent without a passport!! Whilst the kids are young we’ve been taking camping trips to Warrnambool. However things have just changed and I've just been issued with a passport (after 9 years ) and will be going on a P&O cruise on the Pearl in Aug 2011 and am now planning a family  trip to Vanuatu in March 2012 . My passport will get a work out now the kids are older and traveling will be more fun !

My interests include cooking, walking, cake decorating, reading , playing golf and playing with my children. I am a member of the Polish Association and volunteer at my son’s & daughter school .

Hawaii and any cruises

Where did you go on your best ever holiday and why was it so great?

Carribean it was my honeymoon and we did two cruises back to back and it was so relaxing as you only had to unpack once !!!!

When/Where did you last go on a holiday?

Warrnambool at Christmas time camping for 5 weeks very relaxing as the kids are entertained . Sounds boring I know but my kids are 7 and 9 and I need a holiday too! Also last year we went to the Gold Coast and did the theme parks (not so relaxing ) and stayed at AshmorePalms Resort which was Awesome especially for kids !

Manu ! At least he can cook and that accent ... enough said...

If you were stranded on a deserted Island and only allowed one item what would it be?

Anyone -would go crazy being alone or an i phone with Angry birds !
